Harrington will continue to operate as a standalone company and be led by its current management team. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Harrington is a distributor of piping and other engineered fluid process products for corrosive and high-purity applications. The company specializes in highly technical applications and products across categories including filtration, pumps, tanks, valves and instrumentation. With over 60 locations across the U.S., Harrington serves critical industries, including semiconductors, water and wastewater management, chemicals, manufacturing, life sciences, and food and beverage processing.
