Beacon, Herndon, Va., distributor of building products, roofing materials and complementary products, announced two acquisitions, First Coastal Exteriors and Whitney Building Products.

First Coastal Exteriors, Mobile, Ala., distributes complementary residential and commercial building products, including siding, gutter products and windows. First Coastal has a second branch in Pearl, Miss.

Whitney Building Products is headquartered in Boston. Whitney Building has served the New England area since 1946 as a distributor of commercial and multifamily waterproofing and restoration products.
