Belt Power Acquires Sparks Belting Company

Belt Power, Marietta, Ga., full-service distributor and fabricator of belting and components for lightweight conveyor systems, has acquired Sparks Belting Company, a fabricator and distributor of process conveyor belting systems, conveyor accessories and power transmission products based in Grand Rapids, Mich.

Belt Power plans to leverage Sparks’s in-house engineering capabilities to offer custom solutions to its national network.
