Tulsa, Okla.-based BlackHawk Industrial, a distributor of metalworking and other mission-critical industrial products, has acquired Advanced Industrial Supply in Pocatello, Idaho.

The deal is part of a flurry of acquisition activity BlackHawk has planned to expand into new categories and increase its product assortment to service customers better, according to a press release.

We are looking forward to sharing our value proposition with the Idaho and Northern Utah markets and all our customers around the world.”
BlackHawk has locations across the U.S., Mexico, United Kingdom and the Philippines. It markets over 2.5 million products from the industry’s top brands with a heavy emphasis on metalworking products.
Advanced Industrial has been serving customers in Southern Idaho and Northern Utah from two locations for more than 70 years. Advanced Industrial is a member of Affiliated Distributors and one of two 3M Premier Distributors in the Northwest.
