Blue Sea Capital, LLC, West Palm Beach, Fla., a private equity firm, has acquired ProSource from CID Capital.

ProSource is headquartered in Greenville, SC, and is a supplier of luxury plumbing fixtures, electrical, lighting, and cabinet and door hardware. They have been operating in the Carolinas since 1996 with seven branches across the states.
Blue Sea’s partnership with ProSource will focus on continuing the company’s organic growth, expanding geographically throughout the Southeast, and accelerating the completion of complementary add-on acquisitions.
