The acquisition will add 33 employees to Bossard’s 2,900. ANI has EUR 25 million in expected annual sales.
Through this acquisition, Bossard expands its strategic market presence in the aerospace industry, and in France. In combination with Bossard Aerospace, the Group becomes a leading provider of fastening systems and logistics services in the European aerospace industry.
Bossard serves customers in 81 locations in 31 countries.
