The Bostwick-Braun Company Industrial Business Division, Toledo, Ohio, supplier for OEM, construction and metalworking industries, announced the acquisition of Mill Supplies Inc. (MSI).

MSI, operating out of Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, Ind., is an industrial supply company and contractor serving the OEM, construction and metalworking industries throughout Ohio and Indiana. MSI supplies power tools, abrasives, cleanroom, MRO and safety products.
Owners and operators of MSI, Andy and Karen Beckstein, will remain with the MSI in key management roles. Andy will serve as MSI’s General Manager, leading the Fort Wayne and Indianapolis locations, and Karen will focus on supply chain and supplier development.
