Founded in 1982, MSM, a janitorial/sanitation, facilities maintenance and foodservice distributor headquartered in San Rafael, Calif., serves Northern California.

Founded in 1900 in Baltimore, Walterhoefer is a foodservice, dry goods and janitorial/sanitation distributor serving Maryland and Virginia.
