Brady PLUS, a national distributor of janitorial, foodservice, and industrial packaging supplies, has acquired Biloxi Paper Company, a Mississippi-based distributor with a long-standing presence on the Gulf Coast. The deal gives BradyPLUS a stronger foothold in the region and expands its customer reach across several commercial sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Based in Las Vegas, BradyPLUS operates more than 90 distribution centers nationwide and supplies over 100,000 commercial customers in industries such as healthcare, education, building services, hospitality, and manufacturing. The company’s products range from cleaning chemicals and disposable food service items to personal protective equipment and facility maintenance supplies.
The acquisition of Biloxi Paper adds to BradyPLUS’s growing network in the Southeast. Founded in 1968, Biloxi Paper has built a customer base across Mississippi and the broader Gulf Coast, providing more than 40,000 SKUs and servicing clients in education, hospitality, gaming, property management, and municipal government. The company is known for its local service and regional ties, according to the company.
BradyPLUS Chairman and CEO Kenneth Sweder said the move is part of a broader strategy to expand geographic coverage and improve service density in key regional markets.
Biloxi Paper President Anthony Desporte said his team will remain in place under the new ownership. “We’ll continue to serve our customers locally while gaining access to greater resources,” he said.
The deal is the latest in a series of acquisitions by BradyPLUS, which has been consolidating regional distributors to grow market share and improve its national logistics network. The company employs about 6,000 people across the U.S.
Biloxi Paper’s operations will be integrated into BradyPLUS over the coming months.
