BSC Industries, Canton, Mass., independent distributor of bearings, power transmission products, and electrical and automation products, has acquired Warren Pike, a value-added distributor of power transmission, motion control and fluid power products based in Hopkinton, Mass.

Warren Pike will retain all employees after the sale, and its previous owner, Jim Gibney, will stay on to serve as a senior sales advisor.
“Jim and his team have built a terrific company over the past 50+ years by providing exceptional customer service to its loyal customer base,” said Peter Fitzpatrick, BSC’s CEO. “We’re excited to work in partnership to expand upon these relationships with BSC’s expansive product line card and value-added service offerings.”
With the acquisition, BSC adds to its seven locations across New England and seeks to create cross-selling opportunities for both companies’ customers.
