Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED), an electrical supply distribution network with over 700 locations, has reported to tED magazine that it has acquired Texas-based Parrish-Hare Electrical Supply.

“We are pleased to announce that CED has acquired certain assets of Parrish-Hare Electrical Supply located in Irving, Texas,” said Joe Huffman, CED’s vice president of supplier relationships. “Parrish-Hare’s four locations (Irving, Haltom City, Midlothian and Ennis), which operate under the names of Parrish-Hare and Power-House, will operate as a separate subsidiary of CED under the continued leadership of Parrish-Hare founder Pat Hare and his team.”
