Centro Inc., a Memphis, Tenn.-based distributor of bulk material products, has acquired Kentucky-based LECORP, a distributor of products for processing, loading/unloading, packaging and storing dry bulk materials.

LECORP covers Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas and Mississippi.
“The deal, which is expected to close in January 2025, represents a significant step in Centro’s strategic growth plan, expanding its footprint and strengthening its capabilities in the material handling and process industries,” said Michael Gallagher, Centro’s president.
Centro has seven branch offices that cover Alabama, Arkansas, the Florida Panhandle, Mississippi, Northern Louisiana, Northeastern Texas, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
