CK Supply, St. Louis, Mo., an independent employee-owned supplier of gases, welding equipment, dry ice and more, has acquired Columbia Welding and Machine LLC, a 101-year-old Missouri-based supplier of welding supplies and compressed gases.

Columbia Welding and Machine’s headquarters in Columbia, Mo. will become CK Supply’s seventh retail store and expand CK Supply’s offerings, including forklift and heating propane, welder rental and repair, dry ice, welding automation, training and specialty gases.
CK Supply has over 160 employees, seven retail locations, three commercial dry ice facilities, a cylinder retest facility and a CO2 liquefaction facility.
