Cook & Boardman Acquires BryComm

The Cook & Boardman Group, Winston-Salem, N.C., national distributor of commercial entry solutions and systems integration services, has acquired Brymer Communication Services (BryComm), a technology company specializing in infrastructure networks based in Hutto, Texas.

BryComm specializes in design engineering, installing and maintaining infrastructure, including network cabling and security systems.

“We are thrilled to welcome BryComm to the Cook & Boardman family,” said David Eisner, Cook & Boardman’s CEO. “Their strong reputation in the industry and talented group of personnel will strengthen our position in the market and drive continued growth.”

BryComm will continue to operate under its name after the acquisition.

Cook & Boardman operates more than 70 locations in 23 states.
