The Cook & Boardman Group LLC (C&B), Winston-Salem, NC, specialty distributor of commercial entry solutions and systems integration services, has acquired Lanmor Services Inc. and Lanmor Services of Nevada LLC. Lanmor, provider of commercial access solutions, serves clients in Arizona, California, Nevada and New Mexico.

The two companies will retain their existing names and contracts will remain unchanged as a result of the acquisition.
C&B services nonresidential customers from more than 70 locations across 23 states. In 2023, Platinum Equity acquired a majority interest in the company. The Lanmor acquisition is the second under Platinum Equity’s ownership.
