Distribution Solutions Group Inc. (DSG) (NASDAQ: DSGR), Fort Worth, Texas, reported sales for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024, were $439.5 million, up 16.3% from the prior-year period.

That increase includes $81.4 million in revenue from 2023 and 2024 acquisitions. Sales grew nearly 3.8% from the first quarter of 2024.
For the first six months, sales were $855.6 million, up nearly 18% from the prior-year period. Profit was $8.9 million.
DSG’s acquisition of Source Atlantic, with $250 million in sales, is expected to close in the third quarter to drive DSG’s growth, scale and geographic reach in Canada.
The S&S Automotive acquisition was completed in May 2024.
“We remain focused on actively working our pipeline of acquisition targets, incremental margin enhancement initiatives and cost savings,” said Bryan King, DSG’s CEO.
