Fourth-quarter 2024 sales were $480 million, up 18.6% from the prior-year period. There was a $26 million net loss for the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2024.
The distributor made five acquisitions in 2024, including two in the fourth quarter: ConRes Test Equipment and Tech-Component Resources.
The company reported sales for business units, including:
- Lawson Products sales were $469 million in 2024, up slightly from $468.71 million in 2023. Fourth-quarter sales were $112 million, up from $110 million in the prior-year period.
- Canada Branch Division sales were $125 million in 2024, up from $56 million in 2023. Fourth-quarter sales were $59 million, up from $13 million from the prior-year period.
- Gexpro Services sales were $441 million in 2024, up from $406 million in 2023. Fourth-quarter sales were $119 million, up from $93 million from the prior-year period.
- TestEquity sales were $771 million in 2024, up from $642 million in 2023. Fourth-quarter sales were $191 million, up slightly from the prior-year period.
