(NASDAQ:DSGR), a multi-platform specialty distribution company providing high-touch, value-added distribution solutions to the maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the industrial technologies markets, announced second-quarter sales were $378 million, up 17.6%.

Second-quarter results included just over three weeks of Hisco results, acquired in June.
Net income for the quarter was $3 million.
Sales in the first six months were $726.3 million, up from $475.4 million last year, in large part due to acquisitions. Net income for the first half was $8.9 million.
