Alliance is headquartered and operates out of a single location in Independence, Mo. Alliance serves customers in the chemical, water/wastewater, municipal and general industrial markets with nine employees.
Alliance is DXP’s third acquisition this year. Alliance provides DXP with a pump repair facility in its North Central Region and complements its 2012 acquisition of Pump & Power with a focus on municipal or water and wastewater.
