DXP Enterprises Acquires Arroyo Process Equipment

DXP Enterprises (NASDAQ: DXPE), Houston, Texas, a maintenance, repair, operating and production distributor, has acquired Arroyo Process Equipment.

Bartow, Fla.-based Arroyo distributes pumps, process equipment and related services to customers in asphalt, mining, industrial water, chemical and other industrial markets.  

“Arroyo adds another great company to our rotating equipment platform and furthers our vision around being the leading North American rotating equipment company. Arroyo provides DXP with exceptional sales expertise that will enhance our efforts and ability to collaborate and serve our customers and grow DXP further. Arroyo provides us with a clear leader in Florida,” said David Little, DXP’s chairman and CEO.   

Arroyo serves northern, central and southern Florida customers from three locations. Arroyo’s 2024 sales were $26.3 million.  

DXP’s business segments include service centers, pumping solutions and supply chain services. They serve customers in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Dubai.
