DXP Enterprises, a Houston-based distributor of pumping solutions, supply chain services, and repair solutions serving the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Dubai, has acquired Hartwell Environmental Corporation.

The acquisition adds three Texas and Oklahoma locations to the DXP footprint. Hartwell is a manufacturer’s representative of pumps, controls and process equipment serving the water and wastewater industry.
Sales and adjusted EBITDA for Hartwell for the past 12 months ending July 31, 2024, were $18.4 million and $4.1 million, respectively.
