DXP Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: DXPE), Houston, Texas, industrial products and services distributor with customers across North America and Dubai, has acquired Pro-Seal Inc., a distributor of pumping systems and other industrial pumping supplies based in Pontiac, Mich.

“With Pro-Seal, we continue to build on our strategy of providing a breadth of technical products and services on the regional and local level,” said David Little, CEO of DXP.
Pro-Seal’s sales were $19.9 million for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2023.
This acquisition is the third for DXP this year. The move will expand the company’s territory to include Alaska and bring more diversity to its end-market mix.
