DXP Enterprises Sales Up 16.4% in Second Quarter 2023

DXP Enterprises Inc. (Nasdaq: DXPE), Houston, Texas, distributor of pumping solutions, supply chain services and maintenance, repair, operating and production to industrial customers, reported sales for its fiscal 2023 second quarter were $428 million, up 16.4% from the prior-year period.

Net income for the quarter was $19 million, up 31.9% from the prior-year period.

DXP also reported sales for its first six months ending June 30, 2023, were $852.3 million, up 24% from the prior-year period. Net income for the first six months was $36.6 million, up 35.6%.

“Second-quarter results reflect the resilience and durability of DXP’s business,” said David R. Little, CEO. “We are pleased with our sequential sales growth and strength in our gross profit margins. We continue to experience broad-based demand across our key regions, products and end markets.”
