Endries International Inc., a distributor of fastener and c-class component solutions, has named Dan Crociata as its new chief executive officer. The appointment marks a leadership transition following the departure of outgoing CEO Michael Knight.
Crociata steps into the role after serving as the company’s senior vice president and chief financial officer since 2023, where he was closely involved in executing Endries’ strategic initiatives, including a series of acquisitions, brand refresh, and infrastructure investments aimed at strengthening the company’s operational footprint.
“I’m honored to step into the role of CEO and continue building on the strong foundation Endries has created over more than five decades,” said Crociata. “This is a people-first business driven by operational excellence and a relentless commitment to our customers.”
Under Crociata’s leadership, Endries, which has serviced industrial customers since 1970, is expected to continue focusing on fastener and c-class component vender managed inventory solutions, driven by quality, and innovation.
