Envoy Solutions, a jan-san, foodservice and packaging distributor and service provider, has acquired seven companies from the Enterprises Group. The companies include KSS Enterprises, Sideline Sports, BBC Distributing, Energyst Solutions, Rapid Supply & Sales, EMack Manufacturing and Star Flooring.

The Enterprises Group of companies specializes in facility supplies, foodservice and commercial flooring and, in addition to products, provides education, training and support. The seven companies are based in Michigan. The largest of the seven is KSS Enterprises, which operates in Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.

Envoy Solutions expects the transaction to close in the fourth quarter of this year, pending customary regulatory approvals.
