ERIKS North America (ENA) announced its acquisition of Louisville, Kentucky-based Branham Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial hoses, gaskets, conveyor belts and other related services. Branham has five fabrication/distribution plants and eight sales locations covering the Gulf Coast and Midwest regions.

Doug Branham will remain with the company as co-president.
