Fastenal Company (NASDAQ: FAST), Winona, Minn., a provider of industrial supplies, announced the appointment of Noelle J. Oas as the Executive VP of Human Resources. Oas will oversee several teams that fall under the HR umbrella, including the Fastenal School of Business.

Oas has spent the past eight years working with Fastenal as the Director of Compliance. Before joining Fastenal, Oas worked in employment law litigation. She will replace Reyne K. Wisecup, who retired after 34 years with the company.
