Ferguson (NYSE: FERG), Newport News, Va., plumbing and HVAC parts distributor, has announced four new acquisitions, bringing their total number of acquisitions this year to eight.

The four new acquisitions are:
- Southwest Geo-Solutions Inc., a full-service distributor of erosion control, containment, geotextile and geogrid products in Austin, Texas. This acquisition aims to enhance Ferguson’s waterworks presence in the central and southwest regions.
- AVCO Supply Inc., a distributor of boilers and hot water heaters based in Levittown, Pa. The acquisition complements Ferguson’s offerings in the commercial pipe, valve and fitting product categories in the Philadelphia market.
- GAR Engineering Inc., a fire protection engineering service and design firm based in Concord, N.C.
- Safe Step Tubs of Minnesota Inc., an independent dealer and installer of Safe Step walk-in tubs and showers in the Midwest. The acquisition builds on Ferguson’s previous acquisition of Safe Step Walk-in Tub Company in 2018.
The aggregate annualized revenues for all of Ferguson’s acquisitions this fiscal year is estimated at $350 million.

Ferguson has made more than 50 acquisitions in the past five years.
