FleetPride Inc., Irving, Texas, a truck and trailer parts distributor in the independent heavy-duty aftermarket, has acquired ARS Truck & Fleet Service (ARS), an in-house and on-location repair service provider for heavy-duty fleets.

ARS is based in New Castle, Del., operating 25 service bays in two locations and a 16-truck mobile service fleet. Founded in 1972, ARS is a five-time honoree as one of the top 12 shops in the U.S. by Automotive Training Institutes.
