FleetPride Inc., Irving, Texas, truck and trailer parts distributor in the independent heavy-duty aftermarket, has acquired Houston-based OTR FleetService LLC, an on-site mobile maintenance and repair services company for heavy duty trucks and trailers.

The acquisition expands FleetPride’s Texas footprint with three OTR service centers in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, along with the addition of 30 mobile service units.

FleetPride is the nation’s largest aftermarket heavy duty parts and service distributor, with over 300 locations, including over 90 service centers and five distribution centers.
