Fortiline Acquires Belair Road Supply Co.

Reece subsidiary Fortiline, a wholesale distributor of underground water, sewer and storm utility products, has acquired Belair Road Supply Co. Inc.

Belair Road Supply is a distributor of water, sewer, storm and masonry products with five locations throughout Maryland and Delaware.  

“Our Fortiline team has aggressive growth goals across the United States, including here in the Northeast, and this acquisition of Belair Road Supply underscores our commitment to that growth plan,” said Andrew Pacifico, Fortiline’s president. “In just these past six months, we’ve expanded our operations into Colorado, Nevada, Savannah, Georgia and Northern Arizona and we’re excited to continue this expansion into Maryland and Delaware.”  

The acquisition expands Fortiline’s reach into the Northeastern U.S. market, and extends the company’s brand network to almost 80 locations across 16 states.  

Transactions of the transaction were not disclosed.
