Fusion Capital Partners Acquires Tavoron

Fusion Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, has acquired Eagan, Minn.-based Tavoron, a distributor of industrial automation components, systems and services.

Tavoron has multiple operating companies in the U.S. and Canada, including Accu Tech USA, Automation & Robotics Solutions, Celco Automation, DevLinks, HTE Technologies, JHFOSTER, PTS Products, Sensors Inc. and Sensors Integration. It specializes in electrical and air automation, robotic systems and compressed air technologies.  

“Tavoron offers a comprehensive range of components and solutions that empower customers to improve operational efficiency, simplify procurement, enhance visibility and reduce downtime caused by labor shortages,” said Jeff Chaney, principal of Fusion. “With strong demand for automation across multiple industries, Tavoron is well-positioned to capitalize on these trends given their broad product offering and specialized expertise.” 

Tavoron will continue operations from its Eagan, Minn., headquarters with its current management team.
