Graybar, St. Louis, Mo., a distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products, reported sales for its fiscal 2023 first quarter were $2.7 billion, up 12.2% from the prior-year period.

Profit for the quarter was $124.8 million, up 22.1% from the prior-year period.
