The Great Lakes Fasteners Group, Twinsburg, Ohio, has acquired Concord, NC-based Superior Components Supply, Inc. (SCS).

Since 2014, SCS has served manufacturers with inch, metric and special fasteners, kitting services and managed inventory programs. “Superior now has the platform and resources to accelerate our growth and expand our products and services,” said SCS founder Chuck Gerlach.
Great Lakes Fasteners Group has locations in Michigan, New York, Ohio, Wisconsin and North Carolina. The group operates Great Lakes Fasteners, Nut & Bolt Fastening Solutions, Lakeshore Shore Fastener, Hodges Fastener Corporation and Connection Service Company.
