Hills Distribution’s first transaction was partnering with Plimpton and Hills Corp., a company that has been serving the needs of plumbing and HVAC contractors for over a century.
The company appointed Ronald J. LaBusch as CEO. LaBusch joins Hills Distribution from Novia Group, where he was president of distribution. Previously, LaBusch served in senior executive roles at Nexio Solutions.
