HVAC Distributor mSupply Opens New Distribution Center to Support National Growth

HVAC distributor mSupply, formerly known as Marcone, has opened a new 200,000-square-foot distribution facility in Denver, expanding its logistics network to support customers across the western United States.

The facility includes a Comfort Air Distributing branch and is intended to increase service speed and product availability for customers in the HVAC, appliance, plumbing, commercial kitchen, and pool and spa industries.

The Denver location is the company’s fourteenth regional distribution center, and one of two new facilities planned for 2025. Another is expected to open later this year in Vancouver, Washington. The expansion is part of mSupply’s broader distribution strategy, which includes over 140 branches and 2.8 million square feet of warehouse space nationwide.

According to mSupply, the new hub enables next-day delivery to 93% of the U.S. population through flat-rate ground service. The facility offers a wide range of OEM repair parts, with features such as after-hours locker pickup to support technicians needing flexible access to materials.

“This location houses products closer to the customer, so they can initiate repairs and installations more quickly and efficiently,” said Jennie Bryan, regional vice president.

The grand opening drew more than 300 attendees and included a vendor fair featuring industry manufacturers, along with a technical training session on the Vulcan-Lokring tool.

The Denver site launch follows the company’s recent rebranding from Marcone to mSupply, a move intended to reflect its expansion beyond appliance repair parts into multiple trades. The company has also invested in infrastructure upgrades, including a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and AI tools to support technician workflows.

With enhanced logistics capabilities, mSupply aims to provide same-day shipping and next-day delivery across most of the country, positioning itself as a supply partner for contractors, service providers, and facilities managers nationwide.
