Imperial Dade Acquires Athens Janitor Supply Company and Chittom Industries

Imperial Dade, North American distributor of foodservice packaging supplies, industrial products and janitorial supplies, has acquired Athens Janitor Supply Company and Chittom Industries, collectively AJS.

AJS has three locations in Athens, Rome and Augusta, Ga., and provides janitorial supplies, equipment and services to customers in North Georgia and parts of South Carolina.  

“I am really looking forward to collaborating with the AJS team and supporting them with what they do best in their markets. They have maintained an exceptional reputation throughout their history and are a valued addition to the Imperial Dade family,” said Jason Tillis, CEO of Imperial Dade. 

This transaction is the 97th acquisition for Imperial Dade under Robert and Jason Tillis. Financial terms were not disclosed.   

Imperial Dade has 130 locations.
