Imperial Dade, a distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies, has acquired two businesses: Classic Solutions and Country Clean. Imperial Dade’s acquisition of Classic Solutions represents its 57th acquisition under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Chairman and CEO, respectively, while the acquisition of Country Clean represents the 58th.

Classic Solutions is a distributor of janitorial sanitation and equipment products operating in the greater Columbus market. The addition of Classic’s location in Columbus will enhance Imperial Dade’s presence in Ohio.

Country Clean is headquartered in Ocean Township, N.J. It is a distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies with over 30 years of experience.
