Headquartered in Rochester, N.Y., Regional Distributors is the largest independent distributor of commercial cleaning, foodservice, warewashing, laundry, frozen dessert, paper and green products and equipment in New York State.
This is the 88th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO, respectively.
