Winsupply Inc., Dayton, Ohio, supplier of materials and supplies for residential and commercial construction, announced that its President John McKenzie will retire effective Feb. 28, 2023.

McKenzie began his career at Winsupply in 1996 and became president of the company in 2020. Under his leadership, Winsupply added three new distribution centers and increased local company entrepreneurs from 609 to 652.
“John famously lived our culture, grew our organization, and expanded and improved our bench strength more than anyone before him has ever done,” said Rick Schwartz, Chairman of Winsupply. “He has prepared the current leadership team well for the opportunities ahead.”
The Governance Committee of the Board of Directors of Winsupply has begun their search for McKenzie’s replacement.
