Prokeep, New Orleans-based provider of customer engagement software for distributors, announced that it will serve as a preferred vendor for Johnson Controls, giving its brand distributors the opportunity to cover up to 75% of Prokeep’s annual subscription costs with co-op funds.

Under the arrangement, distributors of Johnson Controls brands – Champion, Coleman, Luxaire, Fraser-Johnston and YORK – will have easier access to Prokeep’s outbound messaging and enablement solution.

Prokeep’s features include a centralized digital inbox for all customer communications, outbound automation and templates, SMS marketing tools and organic CRM.
