Jonathan continues to redefine the intersection between latest technology and the distribution industry. Recently, he developed two new analytical tools to help distributors maximize profits.
Jonathan designed and oversaw the development of the online tool CX-RX, a Net Promoter Score® expressly for distributors. It uses distribution industry specific attribute ratings and competitor benchmarking to pinpoint information that translates into meaningful action for DSG’s analytics customers.
Jonathan also architected the D-RX tool. The analysis combines third-party and proprietary data to help distributors grow wallet share with existing accounts and acquire profitable new customers.

SkyeTek — grew revenues and valuation four-fold of RFID manufacturer in seven months.
IGS, Inc. — delivered 100 software solutions for companies such as AT&T, Comcast, Verizon, and Lucent.
Bolder Heuristics, Inc. — achieved Inc 500 ranking with software services for telecommunications, healthcare, and IT.

About Jonathan
Jonathan is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Distribution Strategy Group. He has worked with more than 100 distributors to improve their customer experience, create effective value propositions, estimate sales potential and build successful digital strategies. He is the author of several industry-leading research reports.
His impact has extended beyond the distribution industry. Before Distribution Strategy Group, he successfully led and was a part of executive management for software product and services companies in information technology, healthcare and communications.
Education
Jonathan earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Colorado with a focus in Artificial Intelligence and a BA in Computer Science at Indiana University.
