Kodiak Building Partners, a national building materials distributor based in Englewood, Colo., has acquired Colorado-based Liberty Doors & Windows, a provider of doors, windows, hardware and millwork for high-end residential and commercial projects.

Liberty has locations in Castle Rock and Colorado Springs.
Kodiak operates over 140 locations across 29 states and has 7,000 employees. Liberty will continue to operate under its brand with current leadership managing day-to-day operations.
