Kodiak Building Partners, Englewood, Colo., distributor of building materials, has acquired Simonson Lumber, a provider of lumber and builder materials with six operating locations in central Minnesota.

The partnership between Kodiak and Simonson Lumber opens new avenues for growth on multiple fronts, leveraging Kodiak’s network and capital for accelerated expansion.
Over the past 12 years, Kodiak has acquired more than 100 locations in 25 states.
