Lindsay Corp., the Omaha-based manufacturer and distributor of irrigation and infrastructure equipment, announced it has entered into an agreement to supply Zimmatic irrigation systems and FieldNET remote management and scheduling technology for a major project in the Middle East and North Africa valued at approximately $80 million.
According to the company, the deal supports efforts to expand localized food production in the region. Deliveries under the contract are expected to begin immediately and continue throughout fiscal 2026, with about $70 million of the revenue projected to be recognized this fiscal year.
In a statement, Randy Wood, president and CEO of Lindsay, said the project reflects the company’s ongoing work in the region and the importance of digital tools in managing large-scale irrigation deployments.
“I’m proud of our team’s track record of success in delivering transformative projects across the MENA region. This new opportunity underscores Lindsay’s role as a trusted partner in advancing sustainable agriculture while supporting localized production and enhancing food security,” Wood said. “FieldNET is a strategic differentiator in large projects, helping farm managers conserve water, optimize resources, and enhance productivity—empowering them to meet global demand while protecting our planet’s most precious resources.”
Lindsay describes itself as a leading global manufacturer and distributor of irrigation systems and technology, including its Zimmatic center-pivot and lateral-move systems and the FieldNET and FieldWise remote-management platforms. The company also distributes products used in transportation infrastructure through its Lindsay Transportation Solutions business.
The agreement marks one of Lindsay’s latest large-scale international projects and reinforces its role as a key distributor of irrigation technology in regions investing heavily in agricultural efficiency and food-security initiatives.
