AIC is a distributor of motors, drives and controls for industrial and municipal customers in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee and Florida. It is in Buford, Ga. Also in Buford, ESG is a systems integrator and panel shop providing engineering, programming and systems integration services.

Hale noted that “these businesses will provide entry into new, growing industrial and water/wastewater markets in the southeastern U.S., expand our offering of automation solutions, while adding to our integration capabilities.”
MCE is a supplier of technical fluid power, automation, flow control, compressed air products, service and repair solutions. The company serves more than 25,000 OEM and end-user customers from 44 facilities located in 14 states.
