Birmingham-based Motion Industries, Inc., distributor of maintenance, repair and operation replacement parts and provider of industrial technology solutions, has agreed to acquire Hawaii distributor Maguire Bearing Company, Ltd.

Maguire Bearing is headquartered in Honolulu with three additional branches in Kapolei, Kahului and Hilo. It has 30 employees.
The transaction is expected to close at the end of February 2025.
Motion has more than $8 billion in annual sales. It has more than 550 branches and service centers and 17 distribution centers in North America.
