Motion & Control Enterprises Acquires Daughtridge Sales Company

Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE), Zelienople, PA, has acquired Daughtridge Sales Company Inc. It was the company’s 10th acquisition since January 2023.

Daughtridge, Rocky Mount, N.C., is a distributor of pressure and temperature instrumentation products. Daughtridge sells to resellers and end-users that serve aerospace, automotive, chemical processing, energy, government and medical end-markets. The company will continue to operate under the Daughtridge name. 

“Daughtridge adds scale to MCE’s highly engineered product and service offering and expands our flow control footprint to the mid-Atlantic region with geographic reach throughout the U.S.,” said Charles Hale, CEO of MCE. 

MCE operates 50 facilities in 15 states serving more than 30,000 OEM and end-user customers.
