Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE), Zelienople, Pa., has acquired General Machinery Company, Inc. (GMC). This is MCE’s 11th acquisition since January 2023.

GMC is a distributor of automation and electrical products, process pumps, compressed air products and related repair services serving customers in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi. The company will continue to operate under the GMC name.
“The company expands our territory coverage into new, growing geographies and deepens our automation and rotating equipment solution offering from leading OEMs in the industry,” said Charles Hale, MCE’s chairman & CEO.
MCE has 53 facilities located in 16 states.
