Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE), Zelienople, Pa., a supplier of technical fluid power, automation, flow control, rotating equipment products, filtration, service, and repair solutions, has acquired Romanoff Industries, Inc.
Romanoff, a distributor of new, used and refurbished electric motors, is based in Toledo, Ohio and has a second location in Henderson, Nev. which serves the western United States.
It was MCE’s 13th acquisition since January 2023.

MCE serves more than 30,000 OEM and end-user customers from 56 facilities located in 17 states.
